For those who haven't attended any of our club coaching sessions here is some basic information;

• We cater for all levels of orienteer from the complete beginner right through to the long term experienced orienteer.

• We encourage everyone to take part at whatever level and intensity that is right for them. 

• We aim to provide a supportive environment where participants can learn and practice the skills needed to be a successful orienteer.
